Warminster 7-Eleven Robber May Have Struck Again

Authorities said the man, who fits the description of a suspect who robbed the Warminster store earlier this month, may have robbed a Horsham Township location on Sunday afternoon.

Horsham Police are on the lookout for a white male who allegedly robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store at 100 Moreland Road and may have also robbed the Warminster location a few days earlier.

Police said the man, who had some facial hair and was wearing a hoodie and dirty jeans during the 2:40 p.m. robbery Sunday, demanded that the clerk give him all the money. The suspect put his right hand into his pocket and made motions indicating he had a weapon, according to police. He then fled the store toward Blair Mill Road.

Police said about $300 was taken during the robbery. Surveillance video is not available, police said, because the store's recorder was not working.

The suspect is believed to have fled in a vehicle which may have been parked in the rear of the store. Police said the subject's description is similar to that of a man who robbed a 7-Eleven store in Warminster Township on May 26.

Any departments with similar incidents, or anyone who may have witnessed this robbery should contact Horsham Police Detective Bob Waeltz at 215-643-8284.

Was there an article about the 7-11 being robbed on Saturday May 26? I did not know about Saturday's robbery until reading this.
