Warminster Man Arrested for Showing Graphic Images to Minors

State and Warminster police charged the Warminster resident for exposing juveniles to obscene materials over the Internet.

A Warminster man is in custody after police arrested him on April 12 and charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, disseminating obscene materials to minors and possession of instruments of crime, phillyburbs.com reports.

Edward Joseph Hockenburry, 28, of Elm Street in Warminster, is being held at Bucks County Prison on $250,000 bail. A preliminaryhearing is scheduled for June, according to the news site.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted Pennsylvania State Police that a man had been sending sexual messages to a minor through the website myYearbook.com. Further investigation showed that the same man had sent sexual messages to other juvenile females and exposed himself on a webcam, police said.

The account was traced to Hockenburry, who admitted to police that he lied about his age on the site and sent pornographic messages and video feeds to juvenile females, according to phillyburbs.com.
