What organizations are you involved with locally?Hartsville Volunteer Fire Company- Firefighter Support; The Relief Association of the Hartsville Volunteer Fire Company - President; Warminster Parks and Recreation Department – Volunteer Instructor; Michener Museum - Security Staff

Taxes are always of interest to residents, especially in these tough economic times. What suggestions do you have to improve the efficiency of the school district to save tax dollars? Until I have had the opportunity to walk in a School Director’s shoes and observe and understand existing procedures. I have to answer, no comment at this time.

What kind of changes would you like to see happen at the beginning of your term? I would like to participate in a project that attempts to list all areas in need of improvement or fine tuning in the district. And then taking a realistic approach, prioritize them and work towards fixing or fine tuning several at a time.

In 50 words or less, why should residents vote for you? Having been an executive for a Fortune 500 corporation, a college instructor and high school technology director, I have the experience, the desire and the time to make a difference and serve on the School Board of the Centennial School District.
