hayow can a judge say he up holdes the law when he violates ada laws an violates rights i pray to god any one with a disability does not have to go infront of him for any reason , He will violate your civil rights . He has wheelchair even interpreters for the spanish speaking matterial in spanish. But he WILL DENY you civil rights.HE WILL NOT RECUSE HIMSELF FROM A HEARING WHEN HE IS BEING SUED by the same person .He will not help the blind at all. I have 5 court transcripts showing he said he does not comply with the ADA laws for the blind but i will give you a spanish interpreter he DENIES you your due process an does not serve you legally when they say justice is blind they where right.
