BCCC Tuition to Increase

Tuition for Bucks County residents will go from $117 to $123 a credit starting this fall at Bucks County Community College.

Tuition at Bucks County Community College will increase by $6 a credit starting in the fall. That's an increase of $144 a year for a student taking 12 credits each semester. 

The Bucks County Community College Board of Trustees on Thursday voted 14-0 to increase the tuition; the technology fee remains the same. 

According to information provided by the college, tuition for county residents will increase from $117 to $123 a credit during the 2013-14 academic year. Tuition for out-of-county residents will go from $234 to $246 and out-of-state residents from $351 to $369.

In the fall, a student taking 12 credits a semester will pay $3,866 for 24 credits (including technology and activities fees) during the 2013-14 academic year.
