Maybe they can focus on getting the Tot Time kids back in the building by completing the items they need to get a CO.

They had all year to get Tot Time papers in place but as usual the buck is passed and no one cares nor would they tell parents in advance

I am so infuritated by the Tot Time situation. It was thrown on us, with no warning, at the last minute! And it just reeks of incompetence! This wasn't some surprise situation...they had plenty of time PLENTY OF TIME to get this resolved. And what about the playground that wont arrive until October? Why did the kids have to lose a month of playing time? Why couldn't it have been ordered earlier?? It might not be the highest priority, but its yet another example about how this district handles every single thing....poorly and with no planning
