Registration for - Mix & Match Fitness

Mix and Match allows you to switch up your fitness routine. So, if you sign up for two classes a week, that means you can take any of the classes below, twice in that week. There is no need to worry about missing a workout, because you can make it up in another class.

Boot Camp/Circuit Training: Fri: 9:30-10:30 AM
Intervals of cardio & functional training with equipment targeting all major muscle groups. Hand weights, steps and floor work will all be included to whip those arms, hips, butt and abs into shape!

Cardio and Sculpt Interval Challenge: Tue/Thu: 9:30-10:30 AM
Various cardio combinations alternated with muscle building segments that will keep your heart rate elevated and work your entire body. We will end with a series of exercises that will effectively condition your core. All levels welcome.

Mat Pilates: Mon/Wed: 9:30-10:15 AM
Pilates focuses on strengthening the core of the body using a specific breathing technique and challenging the abdominals in exercises that work all other parts of the body as well. If you have your own mat, please bring it!
