Come share an art form that combines healthful exercise and graceful dance movements. Wear form-fitting comfortable exercise clothing. Please don't wear perfume or other strong scents to class.
• Beginner: Class will focus on posture, basic steps and body isolations.
• Intermediate: Class will build on basic steps and body isolations with layering techniques and small combination routines. Dance props will be introduced.
