K-Rock Boot Camp~NEW!!!

Ready for a new challenge?  Whether you’re an avid exerciser or have never stepped foot in a gym, this program will progress you through basic exercises sure to help you build muscle and burn calories while focusing on proper technique.  Basic equipment will be used such as dumbbells, medicine balls, and jump ropes, but most of the work will be done with your own body weight as resistance.  This class is for all exercise levels, but be ready for a challenge!
