In this amazing 7 week class you will work the lower body, upper body, core and cardio as well as burn fat, gain muscle and lose inches! The best part you’ll meet three times a week for only 30 minutes! Recent research shows that strength training and high intensity interval training are more effective at reducing body fat than longer duration steady state aerobic exercise.
