There is no experience required. Just come have fun! Yoga is good for your body, mind and spirit. Outdoor yoga is excellent for you! Come experience deep relaxation, feel the sun and breeze on your skin and listen to the birds sing while you exercise. Standing barefoot on the earth is very energizing. You may find that you feel a deep connection to nature during and after the class!
Before class: Put on sunscreen / Do not eat a big breakfast
What to wear: comfortable shorts that allow you to bend, a t-shirt or tank top, easy to remove shoes
What to bring: a yoga mat, water bottle, small towel if you tend to sweat, sunglasses or hat that won't fall off when you bend over. You may wish to bring a beach towel to put under your mat so it doesn't pick up gravel.
