BuxMont Cheer Camp, Dance at the VFW This Week in Warminster
Take a look at what's happening this week.
- The BuxMont Panthers Cheer Camp starts Monday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Anybody interested in trying it out is welcome to join. Learn gymnastic tumbling and stunts. Participants get a t-shirt, two snacks and a Friday lunch. Call (267) 980-7977 for more information.
- The Centennial School District will offer a larger tour of the new McDonald Elementary on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Orientation visits for students have been scheduled for later this month.
- The Warminster Board of Supervisors meets Thursday at 7 p.m. at the township administration building. An agenda has not yet been posted.
- The VFW Post 6493 on Louis Drive in Warminster has a weekly dance for singles and couples every Friday night. The cost is $12 to dance between 8 p.m. and midnight. Dinner is an extra $8 and starts at 6:30 p.m.
- The week starts with some showers and possible thunderstorms, then gives way to sunny and warm weather in the high 70s, according to the National Weather Service.
