Christmas Craft Show at Moland, Employment Open House at Univest

Check out what's happening this week in Warminster.

  • Come and shop in a Winter Wonderland at the Moland House this week and get handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list. The craft show offers the creations of more than 50 local crafts people for nine days beginning on Black Friday. You will find tasty treats, Christmas trees and decorations, scarves, jewelry, painted slates, primitives, pottery, stained glass, wreaths, floral designs, and much more. Admission is $1, benefitting the preservation of the Moland House. Credit cards accepted for purchasing items. Hours: Mon.-Thurs. 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Fri. 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • Univest Bank is holding an employment open house Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the branch located on 602 Louis Drive in Warminster. Call (215) 721-2467 to schedule and appointment to discuss opportunities as a financial service center manager, head teller, sales & service representative, teller and other openings throughout Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties.
  • The Centennial School Board meets Monday at 7 p.m. at the district administration building for its re-organization meeting. Board members Jane Schrader Lynch, Betty Huf, Michael Hartline and Kati Driban won re-election on Nov. 5 and will be sworn in for their next four-year term. The board will also elect the president, vice president and assistant secretary for the next year.
  • The Warminster Board of Supervisors meets Thursday at 7 p.m. at the township municipal building. The Warminster planning commission's meeting scheduled for Wednesday at 8 p.m. has been cancelled.
  • Mostly cloudy this week, with temperatures in the mid-50s and possible rain leading into the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
