Veterans Wall Re-Dedication, Craft Sale at Ben Wilson Center

Check out what's happening this week in Warminster.

  • On Monday at 8:15 a.m., the William Tennent community will pay tribute to Centennial School District veterans at a Veterans’ Wall Re-dedication Ceremony at the high school.  Listed on the Wall are the names of more than 125 William Tennent graduates, as well as District faculty and staff, who served in branches of the U.S. Military, including: U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. National Guard, and U.S Army Reserves. 
  • The Centennial School Board meets Tuesday at the administration building. The agenda includes accepting the retirement agreement with Assistant Superintendent William Gretton III, effective Nov. 15.
  • Thursday's Powder Puff game at William Tennent will include the presentation of a $2,000 check to the Kisses for Kyle Foundation from the William Tennent Athletic Council during halftime. The game begins at 6 p.m. at Alumni Stadium.
  • The Ben Wilson Senior Center is holding a craft sale and flea market on Friday, starting at 5 p.m.
  • It's going to get cold this week, with some rain and possible snow showers predicted for Monday and Tuesday by the National Weather Service. Temps will stay in the mid-50s through the weekend.
