If any buddy thinks to rent any apartment from Jefferson On The Creek, I can tell one thing "Please check other apartments", because if you require maintenance service for anything they usually come in two or three weeks for to fix your problem.And their late fee charges is 10 percent of monthly rent fee, they are robbing the tenant.All appliances are very old (stove, refrigerator, AC unit, kitchen cabinet, closet doors, bathroom shower, toilet bowl, window fly screens....everything )The office stuff, they are very nice before renting, after they never smile to you, they are very rude.If you have waste money this place is good, otherwise don't throw up your money to the trash.
