O'Neal Nissan rips of customers. Specifically service manager Tom Olkowski.
I had several services done in 2007 (total for more than $2000) and the problem was not resolved.
At the end I was told to change "BANH 1 HEATED 02 SENSOR" for $300. I refused to do it.
Now 5 years later my Nissan Maxima still runs fine without that repear done !!!
That was a clear case of O'Neal Nissan having no clue what was wrong and trying to change everything possible.
Bad Bad service.
