Anthony D'Angelo Dies at 79; Previous Owner of Dan and Tony's Sunoco

Funeral services will be held Wednesday.

Anthony J. D 'Angelo, of Warminster, passed away on April 13, 2013. He was 79. For most of his life Mr. D'Angelo worked as a mechanic, first as part–owner and operator of Dan and Tony's Sunoco, then later at David H. Lightkep. He had a love of tinkering and all things mechanical. Tony was the beloved husband of 41 years of Shirley J. D 'Angelo (nee Lloyd), beloved Father of Annette Ervin (U.S. Grant) and Ralph D 'Angelo (Nancy) and the devoted Pop–Pop of Grant and Amelia Ervin. Chooch is also survived by his brothers, Dante D 'Angelo, Mario D 'Angelo (Eileen) and Pete D 'Angelo (Ann), numerous nieces and nephews and his four legged pals. Jane Buzzard Dies at 76; Owned and Operated Buzzard Ceramics

Services will be held Saturday.

Jane Buzzard, a long time resident of Warminster, died peacefully, Monday, April 1. She was 76. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Jane (Stark) Nelson. She was the beloved wife of the late LeRoy Buzzard, with whom she had shared 32 years of marriage. Mrs. Buzzard was a graduate of Germantown High School the class of 1955. She owned and operated Buzzard Ceramics for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Beacham (Bob) her son John Buzzard (Maryann); four grandchildren, Laura, Danielle, Robert (Cheryl), and Jonathan (Jessica); two great grandchildren, Hanna and Allie and her sister Barbara. William B. Turner Sr. Dies at 73; Longtime Warminster Resident, Air Force Vet

Services will be held Saturday.

William B. Turner, Sr. died on Tuesday April 2, 2013, at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne. He was 73 years old. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Turner lived in the Buckingham Springs in New Hope for the past 6 years. He was previously a longtime resident of Warminster. Mr. Turner was a retired accountant with Gills Quarry in Montgomeryville.  He was a graduate of Father Judge High School in Philadelphia, and he attended La Salle University. He was an Air Force veteran.  William enjoyed camping at the Shady Acers Campground in Portland, PA. and was an avid reader and sports fan.  He was the beloved husband of Jayne B. Judith D'Amico Dies at 60; Longtime Warminster Librarian Assistant

Judith L. (nee Cannon) D’Amico, of Jamison, died surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Abington Hospice of Warminster. She was 60. Mrs. D'Amico was the beloved wife of 37 years to Fred A. D’Amico. Born in New Haven, CT, she was the daughter of the late John and Maitlyn Cannon. Judith has enjoyed spending time as a Librarian Assistant at the Warminster Public Library for over 18 years. Judith was a longtime active member of both the Friends of the Library and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed traveling with her family to various destinations and most especially with her husband on trips to the Caribbean. In her leisure she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and cooking for her family and close friends. Judith will be sorely …

Pasquale Triosi Dies at 31; Navy Petty Officer, Archbishop Wood Alumnus

He was an active duty Navy Petty Officer who had just returned home from a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan, completing his 4th tour to the Middle East.

Pasquale Antonio Troisi of Warminster passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Temple University Hospital Burn Center after suffering injuries from a fire. He was 31. Born in Abington, he was the son of Pamela Desch Troisi of Warminster. Mr. Troisi was an active duty Navy Petty Officer who had just returned home from a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan, completing his 4th tour to the Middle East. Pasquale joined the Navy at the age of 19 after graduating from Archbishop Wood High School in 2001 with hopes of becoming a Navy Seal. He worked his way up by serving in combat tours in Iraq. Before entering Navy Seal training, Pasquale suffered several injuries forcing him to withdraw from training. He quickly volunteered for his 4th and …

Michael T. Baxter died Friday, March 15 after a long battle with scleroderma.

Michael T. Baxter of Warminster, PA, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at Jefferson Hospital, surrounded by loving family, after a long and courageous battle with scleroderma. He was 62. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Baxter was the son of Kathryn and the late Harry Baxter Sr. He was the beloved husband of forty years of Tricia (Erdlen) Baxter. Loving father of Monica (Jim Matthews), Michael (Jane), Kate (Jim) Meredith, Tom, Marybeth, Kevin, Joe and John Baxter. Bridget 'Bridie' Kelso, 68, died Sunday, Feb. 24.

Bridget V. "Bridie" Kelso, 68, of Warminster, passed away on February 24, 2013. Mrs. Kelso was employed at Ann’s Choice in Warminster. Bridie born in Co. Galway. She was the wife of Ernest Kelso. They were married for 46 years.  In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter Sharon M. (Chris) Fedele and her son Robert John (Michelle) Kelso. William J. Vinglas, Sr., 70, died at his Warminster home Friday.

William J. Vinglas, Sr. of Warminster PA died March 1, 2013 at his home. He was 70. Mr. Vinglas was a graduate of Cresson Joint High School, Cresson, Pa. He retired as a Senior Chief in the Navy after 27 years. He then worked at Aydin as a contract administrator for 10 years then as Senior Customer Service Associate at Prudential until retiring in Oct 2010. Marie E. (nee Wade) Zienkewicz, of Warminster, died tragically at her residence Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013. She was 89. Mrs. Zienkewicz was the beloved wife of the late Stanley R. Zienkewicz; the loving mother of Stanley R. and his wife, Connie, Donna M. Burke and her husband, Gary, Lynnanne T. Gies and her husband, Bill, and Kevin P. She also is survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Eleanor Keane.
