A Warminster woman faces several charges, including aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person, following alleged incident at Hatboro apartment complex.
A Warminster woman is facing several charges in connection with the alleged use of her vehicle in a "threatening manner," according to police. Christilina Santiago, 29, was arrested on March 30 at 7:24 p.m. after Hatboro Police investigated a disturbance involving smashing car windows at a North York Road apartment complex. She was charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, after police said she smashed someone’s car windows with a metal cane, then accelerated her vehicle toward the victim and other onlookers in a "threatening manner" causing them to be in fear of being struck. Police arrested a Warminster man Monday evening after a neighbor said he sexually assaulted her. Augustin Dominguez-Duran, 40, of the 100 Block of East Street Road, was charged with attempted sexual assault and two counts of indecent assault. Police said the victim was able to "bluff" Dominguez-Duran and escape from the attack Monday morning. According to police the victim immediately reported the incident, and Dominguez-Duran was taken into custody Monday evening. Dominguez-Duran was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge William Benz. He taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu $50,000 bail. A hearing date has not been set.

Warminster police responded to a report of an assault of a 12-year-old girl that occurred at the Bucks Landing Apartments in Warminster, late Wednesday afternoon. The suspect was identified as Miguel Ortiz-Cortez who was arrested and charged with indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor and was arraigned last night before Judge Charles Baum of Perkasie. Bail was set at $100,000 and Ortiz-Cortez was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Ortiz-Cortez was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The Warminster Township Police Department is investigating the report of a sexual assault which occurred at the end of July or beginning of August of this year. The victim reports that while walking in the area of Warminster Heights between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., a man assaulted her on a pathway. The subject is described as 5-feet, 10-inches, medium build, Spanish accent, beard and goatee, short dark hair with "ringlets." The subject was wearing a white muscle undershirt and a black "snap back" style baseball cap. A sketch of the suspect has been provided. Police are asking any witnesses or persons with information regarding the possible identity of the suspect to contact the Warminster Township Police Department at (215) 672-1000.
