The Warminster Symphony Orchestra will perform its Gala Pops Concert Saturday night.
Beginnings for Warminster’s symphony orchestra date back to 1966. Today nearly 65 musicians, ranging in age from teens to seniors in their 80s, perform in the orchestra. Over the years, world class artists like trumpeter Allen Vizzutti have taken center stage as soloists. You might remember Vizzutti from The Tonight Show; he has also performed at Carnegie Hall and New York City’s Lincoln Center. Leading a Pool of Extraordinary Talented Musicians Joseph Lovecchio, Principal Conductor for the Warminster orchestra, has been playing music for more than four decades.
