Police say a man who allegedly fired off several shots inside a County Line Road eatery Friday morning has turned himself in. NBC10 reports Jose Delgado, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to Warminster Police last night. Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail. Police continue to search for a man with a handgun who allegedly shot four times along County Line Road in Warminster this morning.
Update Saturday, 1:32 p.m.: The former owner of MamaJuana's Kitchen turned himself in to Warminster Police Friday night. Update Friday, 1:04 p.m.: Police said a business dispute ended in shots being fired in a Warminster eatery Friday morning. According to police, Jose Delgado, 33, the former owner of MamaJuana’s Kitchen, entered the business and fired four shots in the direction of the current owner just after 10 a.m. “By the grace of God, we don’t have multiple victims,” said Warminster Chief of Police Mike Murphy at a press conference at the township building following the incident.
