Log College Author Hits the Road for Summer Book Signings

Victoria Johnson will be in Wyncote in Saturday and Neshaminy in August to promote "The Lemonade Standoff."

After a few weeks of summer vacation, its back to the bookstores for 12-year-old Victoria Johnson as she continues to promote the amazing success of her self-penned children's book, The Lemonade Standoff. The Log College student will appear at CLC Bookcenter in the Cedarbrook Plaza, 1000 S. Easton Road, Wyncote, this Saturday, 1-3 p.m. to sign copies, then travels to Barnes & Noble at the Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem August 18, 1-3 p.m. The story of Keenah and Shay's attempt to open a summertime lemonade stand and compete against their sworn enemy, Brianna, teaches young readers the importance of honesty and respect.  Victoria's book inspired first-grader Shalynn Prosser, a student at Copper Beech Elementary School in Glenside, to create a …
