Tess is Top Dog in Bucks and Montgomery

After more than 400 votes, the photo of Tess has won the second round of Patch’s Top Dog contest.

Patch readers in Bucks and Montgomery picked Tess as the Top Dog in our photo contest. Tess, pictured at her 3rd birthday party with her stuffed animal friends, is a 3-year-old golden retriever. "She runs through life full speed ahead, and will do anything to be the center of attention," says Tess' owner, Katelyn Humphreys. "She has a real sense of humor and makes us laugh everyday. Happy laps around our yard are a daily routine as well as walks around the neighborhood and/or Tyler State Park." Tess loves tennis balls, carrots, other dogs and posing for pictures. Chooch is Warminster’s Top Dog

With about 29 entries and dozens of votes over three weeks, the photo of Chooch is voted Warminster’s Top Dog.

Warminster Patch readers picked Chooch as the Top Dog in our photo contest. Chooch is a 20-month-old Rottweiler/Labrador mix who was rescued from a shelter. He was actually a Christmas present to Mary Alice Brancato from her husband, Carman. “Already having 2 dogs and 7 kids that wasn't the gift I had in mind,” Mary Alice wrote in an email. “But my then 12 year old daughter convinced him that I wanted a puppy to add to this gang.” Although Chooch seems to own the entire family, Mary Alice is his go-to human. “Chooch is constantly by my side and is very protective of me. … [he] has gotten me through one of the hardest years of my life.  My sweet mother passed away last July and I had a very hard time.  Chooch pushed me to keep moving like …
