What do you mean what is this world coming to? Its always been this way. Modern technology just makes it more capable of being heard. Things are no worse now than they have ever been. That idea is a falsity. Social media and the internet allow news and rumors to be spread faster than ever before. This is why it seems like there are more and more of the incidents, when in the past, you just wouldn't hear about them.
