Yes, the PEOPLE must make a stand but you can't go all "Paul Kersey" while carrying a firearm. Stand your ground, protect yourself, but don't instigate while showing a weapon. I open carry all most places, but I'm not looking for a showdown.

Hate to burst your bubble Wilfredo, but it appears the suspects are not law-abiding American citizens gone bad. Officials say the bombing suspects may have been from overseas and had overseas military training.
I'll bet a lot of residents in MA are rethinking their stance on the RKBA right about now.
This country is under attack from sources all over the world, the economy sucks, everyone is starting to have second thoughts about Obamacare, unemployment is still high and all Obama can do is grandstand and lie about what "90%" of Americans want.

ReplyCarelessly driving a vehicle that ranges from one to several tons turns that vehicle into a weapon. Reckless/distracted drivers cause damage, injury and death.
I ride SEPTA to work. I can look into passing vehicles from the bus window while on the Schuylkill Expressway. The things you see people do while driving - digging through briefcases on the back seat; putting on make-up; shaving, talking/texting with one hand with a cancer stick in the other; just to name a few.
Just a few days ago a car nearly hit the bus I was on when the driver who was busy with the cell phone started to drift out of his lane and into the path of the bus. I lost count of how many times I've had close calls due to distracted drivers.
Car manufacturers aren't helping either with all of the new electronic distractions that come standard on new model cars and trucks.
