And what inspired Scott to compete two years ago?

While playing basketball at the , someone suggested that he compete because of his age and the great shape he is in. Scott received information about the Keystone Games and started working out to prepare for competition.

“I've always been too short to be involved in anything,” stated Scott regarding sports as a child. “I feel amazed that I can do it.”

And Scott doesn't limit himself to just sports. He also ballroom dances and is a member of two dance clubs. “I've been dancing my whole life,” said Scott, adding that he had two wives who were excellent dancers. He currently has a dance partner that also resides at Ann's Choice. They both hit the dance floor at the in Warminster and are always on the look out for dances at area senior centers.

Scott's two daughters, one coming from Virginia, will be joining him this weekend at the Keystone Games.

“It's not really about the competing,” stated Scott. “It doesn't matter how many competitors there are – there are standards of personal excellence and I try to beat that."
